A good blower is needed to convey EPS particles during EPS foam process which happens at EPS insulation or packaging factory,a good blower also is needed to convey EPS recycled scraps which are produced at recycling factory.Overall,a blower is generally requested.
 
9-19 high pressure blower is a centrifugal EPS blower. It is widely used for conveying EPS materials. Its characteristics are small flow, high wind pressure, good exhaust and air supply effects. Most manufacturers on the market produce two series, A and D. A is a direct motor drive, and D is a coupling drive.

Generally used for high-pressure forced ventilation and exhaust in industries such as spraying, electroplating, radio, batteries, and glass manufacturing. It can also be widely used for conveying materials and gases.
 
Conditions of Use
1. Requirements for conveyed materials: The conveyed materials are non-corrosive, non-flammable and non-explosive, and free of sticky substances. The dust and hard particles contained in the media should not exceed 150mg/m3.
2. Medium temperature: generally not more than 50℃ (maximum not more than 80℃)
 
Structural form
1. 9-19 centrifugal blower is a single suction type with a forward curved impeller.
2. According to the different rotation directions of the impeller, the blower can be made into right-handed and left-handed directions. Looking from one end of the motor, the impeller rotates clockwise for a right-hand blower, indicated by "right"; counterclockwise for a left-hand blower, indicated by "left".
3. The outlet angle of the 9-19 centrifugal blower can be made into 6 angles: 0°, 45°, 90°, 135°, 180°, and 225°. my country's standard products are 0°, 45°, and 90°, and the remaining angles can be made according to user needs.
4. The transmission mode of the 9-19 centrifugal blower is A/D:
A type: direct motor drive, compact structure, simple maintenance. Machine No. 3.5~6.3# adopts this transmission mode
D type: coupling drive, the structure is a one-piece type: that is, the blower, transmission group and motor are all assembled on the same rigid base, thereby reducing the difficulty of customer installation and greatly shortening the construction period of on-site installation and commissioning. Machine No. 7.1# and above adopt this transmission mode.
