An EPS recycling silo is a storage bag for expanded polystyrene (EPS) scraps wastes that are used in the recycling of EPS foam materials from EPS shredder.
The shredded scraps will be blowed into silo and stored for a certain time for further process,either to be compacted or melted or granulated by different recycling machines.
The silo is supported by steel tube rack and the silo bag is installed inside.

To stop shredded dust or powder to penetrated out of silo bag,recycling work needs specialized silo which is canvas materials.The powder or dust will be kept well inside silo bag.No dust out of silo,your work area will be clean.

Materials
EPS recycling silo is made of canvas. Canvas is a thick cotton or linen fabric, named after its original use for sails. Generally, plain weave is used, and a small amount of twill weave is used. The warp and weft yarns are multi-stranded. Canvas is usually divided into two categories: coarse canvas and fine canvas. Coarse canvas, also known as tarpaulin, has good waterproof properties. Its biggest feature is that it is strong and durable, and has good waterproof properties.
