How it works?
The extruding mold with filter can filterate the dust and get heated to extrude into strand during EPS granulation,the slurry will be automatically discharged.The mold is installed on the baby machine of EPS granulator,the EPS scraps are fed into hopper of mother machine,get heated and extrude into lump,then feed into baby machine to extrude again until it reach the mold with filter.The soft strand will be output and get cooled in the water tank.
 
What it consists of ?
The extruding mold with filter consists of a fixed filter plate,rotating remover,heating unit,motor,mold body,mold head etc.It is connected with the baby machine.

How is the configuration?
1. The box body is made of 40CR forged material (most peers use 45# steel). It is rough-machined and then quenched and tempered to form, with small thermal deformation.
2. The key component support porous plate is made of 42CRMO forged material (most peers use 45# steel). The heat treatment process is complete and the high-temperature deformation is small under long-term high-temperature environments.
3. The filter plate of the meshless mold head adopts tapered holes (most peers use trapezoidal holes), which is not easy to block, it has less material storage,it is easy to clean, and it has no deformation after cleaning.Welcome to see our EPS granulation machine.
