Recently,the recycling industry develop new extruding die head on the EPS granulator machine.Traditional granulator require frequent replacement of filter,the new granulator has no filter screen and do not need to replace the filter.
Several ways for the screenless die head to discharge impurities
Suction method
Place the tin foil on the screen and use a vacuum cleaner to suck up the dirt. It should be noted that the head of the vacuum cleaner should not be too close to the screen to avoid damaging the screen.
Soaking method
Soak the meshless die head in warm water. This can soften the blocked grooves in the water and help the small impurities to emerge.
Steam method
Add clean water to the pot and bring to a boil, then slightly heat it on the meshless die head, which allows the oil to drain out naturally.
