EPS pre-expander main machine

1) Machine chamber: diameter 1600mm, height 2300mm

2) Inner wall materials are stainless steel with 4mm thickness; aluminium silicate insulation sheets are between inner and outer wall of chamber.

3) Spiral feeding device are installed.

4) Automatic weighing device is installed.

5) Outlet is aluminium alloy materials which can be faster for output.

6) Outlet size:Length 5020mm,width 4020mm;cylinder working size for outlet:200mmx400mm;it takes pressure sensor to control motion.pressure display is auxiliary working.

7) Steam input device takes pressure reducing valve from Japan which functions for separation of water and steam.

8) Low pressure device are Delixi and schneider electric brand.

9) Pneumatic Angle seat valve,Pneumatic butterfly valve and Pneumatic electromagnetic valve are from China big brand in the valve industry.

10) EPS pre-expander takes PLC control with screen touch.Its brand is Delta.Two display windows for chamber are installed.

11) KF77 series hardened gears reducer with 7.5kw motor are installed at the top of machine.

12) High pressure blower 2.2kw power at the top of machine

Fluidized bed dryer

1) Drying machine size: 5000*1500*1200mm

2) Its heat blower is 2.2kw.shredder for drying machine is 1.5kw.

3) Blower at outlet is 5.5kw high pressure.
